FROM: Maeil Shinmun Daesung Group's multi-language portal site, Korea.Com (CEO, David Younghoon Kim) was named '#1 Most Growing Portal of 2007' by Internet media and market research expert company KoreanClick. In 2007 Korea.com introduced user needs-based services, meta-search capability, and VOD services and continues to develop new, innovative services that cater to rising demands in the Web 2.0 era. In celebration of its naming as the '#1 Most Growing Portal of 2007,' and to thank portal-users for their love and support, Korea.com will be holding a special UCC contest, "Snap! My Baby's Best Moments" until 22 February 2008. The contest will be held under the theme 'Family and Hope' and is open to all users to share footage of their child's most precious moments. Contestants can submit their UCC clips via the contest pop-up windown (contest.korea.com) on the main page of Korea.com. Winners can receive up to 2 million KRW in cash and other prizes.
