FROM:

BiNEXT Capital (David Younghoon Kim, Chairman www.binext.com, 027830) announced the establishment of BiNEXT Dream Parks in Daegu and Gwangju on February 15. BiNEXT Capital, which specializes in corporate restructuring, intends to offer support to firms with specialized technology and creative ideas at these innovative post business incubators. Firms less than five years old will be eligible for tenancy in a BiNEXT Dream Park. BiNEXT will then offer a variety of specialized services in its role of "business growth manager" including management consulting, arranging for financing, and providing links to the Korean' s government' s non-profit Small Business Corporation as well as support for the maintenance of a venture capital fun. What really makes BiNEXT' s program unique and helps to ensure the likelihood of success for these companies is that it will be developing a customized system to provide support at every level of the company' s growth. The term "post business incubator" refers to an integrated incubating center that goes beyond supporting a business merely at its initial stages to offering promising firms advice on management, technology, finances, and publicity. Tenants in BiNEXT' s Dream Park can also look forward to the possibilities of links with funds operated by BiNEXT such as Daegu Venture Fund and BiNEXT Core Industrial Technology Investment Fund. Chairman David Kim notes, "Dream Parks are places where doors are opened. I expect that by encouraging the successful development of these businesses we can look forward to both increased job production and the revitalization of the local economy. After submitting an application, candidate firms will be evaluated for their growth and investment potential. Available space ranges from 25 pyung to 140 pyung (83-462 sq. meters) and tenancy can last for up to five years. February 16, 2006
