FROM: Joongangdaily] [Korea Joongang Daily-9.2] Daesung pushes for Daegu WEC-(p.5) In an effort to make Daegu, Korea, the venue for the general meeting of the World Energy Council in 2013, Younghoon David Kim, chairman of Daesung Group, will attend two events related to the WEC in Tokyo and London, the energy conglomerate said in a statement yesterday. He will ask representatives of the member countries to support Daegu in the WEC Asian symposium tomorrow and the FT-WEC Energy Leaders Summit in London from Sept. 16-17.
