Korea.Com's Davos Forum blog, which has been running since last year, will be upgraded this year. Through this year's blog (http://davos.korea.com/2008/) Chairman David Younghoon Kim aims to introduce present global issues and provide the latest information that will address netizens' questions regarding rising global issues and economic prospects. Daesung Group Chairman Kim stated, "The 2008 World Economic Forum will highlight 'The Power of Collaborative Innovation' as the principle theme. Since not every global leader in the world will be attending the Davos Forum, by providing live coverage through the Korea.com Davos Forum Blog and enabling everyone to come together to discuss addressed topics and issues, I believe we will realize this year's principle theme of achieving the power of collaborative innovation." Chairman Kim first attended the Davos Forum in 2004 as a panelist and in his capacity as Vice-Chair of the World Energy Council (WEC), and has been a participant for 6 six years. In 2007 he launched the Korea.Com Davos Forum Blog, with aims of providing live, up to date coverage of new and rising global issues to nationals.
