All this was not without struggle for the other members of the Son family. Through this book the authoress reveals in detail the joy, love, and pain they experienced from beginning to end. The authoress wrote this book based on her diary, which she kept during her high school years and gathered additional information through interviewing those who had eye witnessed the martyrdom of her father and her two brothers.
