Event 1. Korea in my Album Help us collect photos and stories of those moments t hat make us proud to be Koreans! Submit photographs taken with President Lee Myoung Bak, picture of people cheering for Korean athletes and national teams, pictures or stories of internationally renowned Koreans, photos and stories of things Korean and Koreans themselves from anywhere in the world. Show your pride by taking part! The best entries will be selected, and the winning entrants will receive special gifts. You don’t have to be in Korea. Koreans anywhere in the world can enter and win, and you can submit as many entries as you like, even in multiple categories. Event 2. Cheer for Korea The hope of Korea is none other than you yourself Show your enthusiasm by leaving a positive comment. We’ll send a Taeguekgi to the first 100 people who post an encouraging comment. Period From May 6th, 2009 until July 6th, 2009-05-08 Announcement of winners Further announcement (notice at Go.KOREA.COM) Event 3. Sponsor hopeful of vitamin Sponsor hopeful of vitamin to the poor children with passionate cheer for Korea Vitamin a deficiency puts more than 100 million children 5years old and younger in danger of blindness, measles, malaria, pneumonia, and other diseases. Leave your comment for hope, 5 vitamins will be sponsored each. Value of one vitamin is 20 won, we donate vitamin A to 1,500 children for six month cost of 40,000won. After Korea.com collect hopeful comments, donate Unicef Korea, for children’s health and happiness.
