[May 22, 2013] The Daegu Dream Park Business Incubation Center, operated by Daesung Private Equity, has received the highest level of Grade-S in the 2013 Small and Medium Business Administration (SMBA) Business Incubator Operational Evaluation. The collective sales figures of the Daegu Dream Park Business Incubation Center, which currently houses 17 businesses, has been growing consistently on an annual basis. Its sales increased by 143% from 5.6 billion won in 2011 to 13.7 billion won in 2012. Seung-ho Hong, chief of the center, said: “Our success story continues with most of our resident businesses leaving the center after establishing their own factories. We will work harder to provide necessary investment information to facilitate the steady pace of growth for our resident businesses, in addition to providing success-oriented and customized consulting service and developing expert knowledge in establishment investment.” The Daegu Dream Park Business Incubation Center holds an advantage over other business incubators, since it can supervise manufacturing and production with ease.
